The Foundation to Entrepreneurship: A Learn, Act, Build Mindset
Within Entrepreneurial Life Design, participants learn to intentionally and strategically shape their life to align with their entrepreneurial aspirations, values, and goals. Just as entrepreneurs shape and mold their businesses, they can also design their lives to maximize fulfillment, creativity, freedom, and impact.

A Collaborative Space for Launching Ideas.
Revenue Lab™ is an interactive lab that supports Idea to Revenue™ and focuses on real-world business development, encouraging students to actively work on their own business ventures. Each lab meeting features a participant-led presentation on their business venture, peer collaboration for reworking strategies, and insights from guest speakers with diverse entrepreneurial backgrounds.
Enhancing this experience, participants have access to state-of-the-art tools and AI-powered bots, which assist in finding solutions and refining business models.

High School Summer Bootcamp
The RISE High School Summer Bootcamp empowers students to build a strong foundation in financial literacy, career exploration, and entrepreneurial thinking. Over two weeks, participants engage in hands-on activities, workshops, and real-world applications that foster self-awareness, confidence, and practical skills to succeed in their future endeavors. Each day focuses on a specific theme, guiding students through personal and financial goal setting, career pathway exploration, and skill-building exercises.

Startup Moxie
Startup Moxie, a flagship RISE program for high school students in the South Bend-Elkhart region, empowers students to develop entrepreneurial skills, discover personal passions, and build meaningful community connections. Meeting Monday through Friday, students gain hands-on experience through immersive behind-the-scenes tours, and develop a real entrepreneurial mindset by launching a class business or creating their own personal venture. This year-long program doubles as a research and development lab for entrepreneurial best practices, fostering students’ growth into future leaders in both business and community.
High school students gather to:
- Understand their personal strengths and passions, while earning up to 6 HS credits and 18 dual college credits
- Become curious, creative, courageous, and confident learners
- Build and strengthen an entrepreneurial mindset
- Practice and apply startup strategies to their own ideas, taking them from idea to revenue
- Build a toolkit equipped with the resources necessary to solve real-world problems
